He is always helpful in dealing with our REALLY old a/c unit that my property manager is too cheap to replace. Chris was fantastic. Our AC went out Thursday night, and the home warranty company was giving us the run around about ordering the parts, etc. Chris came out and had everything fixed in less than 24 hours, super professional, very efficient and great prices. He also taught us a lot about or Home HVAC system and how to maintain it. I am so appreciative, he got our AC working so quickly in the middle of a heatwave. Definitely recommend this company!!

Seriously, look no further for your AC repair needs. We’ve mistakenly gone to other companies before using Brock and were not happy with the results. After that bad experience, we had Chris from Brock replace our AC unit and he did a great job. They removed our old unit and installed the new one in no time and at a reasonable price. He even took off some of the prices – saving us money. I don’t typically write reviews for companies, but felt compelled to with them. Trust me…you won’t be sorry if you go with Brock.

Brock air is hands down one of the best service providers I have ever dealt with. Extremely professional and fast. Chris showed up at 7 pm on a Friday. Diagnosed the problem. Order the parts and showed up the next day and fixed it within an hour. He spent some extra time with my wife and me showing us how to prevent further issues and get the best working conditions out of our AC system. Could not give a better recommendation.

My 10 month old Belgian Malinois decided it would be a good idea to splice….. shred some cables going to my ac unit. I called Brock’s and they were able to get a technician out to me same day to ensure the issue was resolved and that nothing else was damaged. Super thankful and I would highly recommend it!!

Chris and the team are exceptional at what they do. Extremely knowledgeable and even more than that, very personable. Customer service is something that seems to be becoming extinct within the technical service industry however, I’m happy to say, Brock Heating and Air are class act within the industry. We had several other unreliable HVAC companies make promises and never deliver. Chris and the team at Brock were able to successfully diagnose the problem and implement a solution before our 28 degree night temperatures began. Pricing is fair, and service is impeccable.
